MY APPROACH

Treatment that starts with listening

Massage therapy is where my path naturally led.

Sport and karate taught me discipline and respect for the body. Yoga and meditation taught me to slow down — to hear what the body says long before words do. Reiki and end-of-life companionship gave me a quality of presence that now sits at the centre of my work.

I bring those experiences together with my training in Swedish massage and kinesitherapy, to offer treatments that ease tension and relieve pain alike — with a human, whole-person approach grounded in kindness.

Every session starts with a conversation. What you're carrying, what brought you here, what your body needs today: that's where the treatment begins.

"To be fully present with the person in front of me."

SERVICES

What I offer in Saint-Henri

Each treatment is shaped around what your body is asking for that day. If you're unsure which to choose, write to me and we'll decide together.

Swedish massage

Flowing, rhythmic work that gets things moving, releases tension and settles the nervous system. The one to choose if what you want is rest.

Kinesitherapy

More targeted work for persistent pain, stiffness and stubborn areas. For a back, neck or shoulder that won't let go.

Rates

Rates depend on length, not on the type of treatment.

Insurance receipts provided after every session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

How a session goes

  1. Before

You book directly with me by phone or text. Together, we confirm the treatment, length and time of your session.

  2. On arrival

We take a few minutes to talk: your health, your pain, what you'd like from this session. Nothing is decided without you.

  3. The treatment

You settle in, covered by a sheet throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. At any point you can ask for more or less pressure, or for a pause.

  4. After

Take your time getting up. Drink water. I'll give you your receipt, and we can plan the next session if you'd like.

Caroline welcomed me in a warm and relaxing environment which was just so welcoming. And the location is central.
